Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions to address real-world challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration across products and processes.

• Build scalable AI models and pipelines optimized for performance, reliability, and business outcomes.

• Drive AI adoption throughout the organization by mentoring teams and advocating best practices.

• Evaluate and improve existing AI systems, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.

• Stay ahead of the curve by actively participating in AI research, conferences, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions, with a strong focus on innovation.

• Expert-level proficiency in AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

• Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and/or computer vision.

• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments, including MLOps workflows.
