Product Marketing Manager

The challenge

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we communicate and position our products. You’ll be at the center of developing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and driving the overall user experience for our digital platforms.

What you’ll do

  • Create compelling materials: Develop content for landing pages and banners tailored to audience needs.

  • Own the content workflow: Oversee projects from concept to approval, coordinating across teams for smooth execution.

  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-impact results.

  • Stay ahead of the market: Track trends, perform SWOT and competitive analysis, and refine strategies based on insights.

  • Optimize engagement: Design customer journey maps (CJMs) and craft marketing communication strategies to boost interaction.

  • Position products strategically: Define product positioning, highlight key features, and adapt messaging for market demands.

  • Test, refine, and innovate: Develop USPs and offers, leveraging data for continuous improvement.

  • Lead product launches: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

  • Improve and iterate: Use analytics and feedback to refine content and enhance performance.

  • Grow brand presence: Drive marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram and Reddit while managing brand accounts.

What we’re looking for

Skills and tools:

  • Strong project management skills and experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with Figma.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprig) and product research techniques.

  • Experience launching advertising campaigns on platforms like Reddit, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Background and experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Management, Design, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in EdTech, FinTech, or similar industries.
