Product Marketing Manager

The challenge

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we communicate and position our products. You’ll be at the center of developing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and driving the overall user experience for our digital platforms.

What you’ll do

  • Create impactful materials: Develop marketing guides, landing pages, and banners, tailored to audience needs.

  • Lead the content process: Coordinate tasks across teams, ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept to final approval.

  • Shape user experiences: Manage UX/UI processes for digital products, with a focus on design and content optimization.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver outstanding results.

  • Understand the audience: Conduct in-depth research, interviews, and build empathy maps to capture user needs.

  • Analyze the market: Monitor trends, perform SWOT and competitive analysis, and gather insights to refine strategies.

  • Optimize the customer journey: Map customer journeys (CJM) and design marketing communication strategies to enhance engagement.

  • Position products effectively: Define product positioning, highlight key features, and adapt messaging for market demands.

  • Test and innovate: Develop unique selling propositions (USPs) and strong offers, using data to test and iterate.

  • Manage product launches: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

  • Improve existing content: Use feedback and analytics to refine materials for better performance.

  • Strengthen social presence: Lead marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Reddit, and more, while managing brand accounts.

What we’re looking for

Skills and tools:

  • Strong project management skills and experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with Figma.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Sprig) and product research techniques.

  • Experience launching advertising campaigns on platforms like Reddit, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Background and experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Management, Design, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in EdTech, FinTech, or similar industries.
