Product Researcher

The challenge

We want to position Limex as the go-to trading platform, but to do that, we need to deeply understand our users and their needs. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Product Researcher to help us uncover insights about our audience, shape our product vision, and make sure everything we build resonates with traders and investors alike.

What you’ll do

• Understand users: talk to traders and investors, dig into their goals, challenges, and expectations, and turn those insights into action.

• Analyze the market: keep a close eye on competitors, market trends, and what’s happening in the trading space to help us stay ahead.

• Drive product improvements: work with designers, developers, and marketing teams to make sure our products solve real problems and meet real needs.

• Test ideas: run usability tests, A/B experiments, and gather feedback to fine-tune designs and features.

• Shape the vision: use your research to influence how we position our products and improve the overall experience for our users.

What we’re looking for

• You’ve got experience in product or UX research and know how to gather and interpret user feedback.

• You’re comfortable with research methods like interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• You can analyze data and trends (tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar are a bonus).

• You’re great at breaking down complex ideas and explaining your findings to others.

• If you know your way around trading, fintech, or investing, that’s a plus—but not a dealbreaker.
